Parents have the wonderful privilege and opportunity to disciple their children. Yes, it is a biblical mandate, that parents should be the primary disciple makers of their children, but it is also an incredible privilege. Here is a little perspective for you, one that shows the vast importance of discipleship of your children above all else: You will not always be able to parent your child, but you can forever be their brother and sister in Christ.
1,000 years from now, it won't matter what trophy they won, if they made the team or not, what they scored on the ACT, what degree they received, or how much money they made. What will matter is if they knew Jesus. It is your responsibility, as their parent, to guide them to Jesus.
Below are links to resources that I have developed to aid in parents being the primary disciple makers of their children.
