Mango Slaw
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped slaw (cabbage, red cabbage, carrots)
- 1 cup mango, chopped
- 3 scallions
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- ¼ cup finely diced red onion
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp white ground pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 orange, zest of whole and juice of 1/3
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper, only if you want heat

Steps
- Mix together the slaw, mango, scallions, cilantro, and onion in large bowl.
- Mix together the dressing ingredients in small bowl.
- Let the dressing mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to let flavors marry.
- Mix everything together shortly before serving.
