Twice-Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • pinch of sage
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Garlic salt
  • Melted butter
  • Shredded cheese

Steps

  1. Bake potatoes at 450 degrees for an hour.
  2. Rub butter onto the outside of the hot potato. It will melt onto the skin as you rub it. Cover the buttered skin with garlic salt.
  3. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the inside into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix with other ingredients (minus the melted butter and shredded cheese) until fluffy.
  5. Replace the mix into the skins and brush them with melted butter.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees until melted.
